Building something new is tough. Making it unique? That’s the real challenge. When I began shaping the vision for Cribz, I asked myself: What kind of brokerage would I actually want to do business with? As a lifelong musician, creativity and artistry are at the core of who I am. Add to that my early obsession with technology—dating back to the early 1990s when I was just a kid playing games on a 486 computer with 4MB of RAM and a turbo button (yes, that was a thing)—and you get a recipe for thinking differently.

Cribz is not your typical real estate brokerage. We’ve reimagined what a modern brokerage can be—focused on new construction communities and using AI to find great properties for our users.

We people buy and sell homes like any other brokerage, but we’ve built something more: a platform designed to bring together the people, communities, and tools that make real estate easy.
